既に勘付いているかもしれないが、この慣用はとんだ大間違いである。 この慣用句は相手の考え方を自分勝手に逆変換し、相手の意思と真逆の行動を起こすという下手すれば強制や強姦に成りかねない大迷信である。 これにより、日本のAVを見た外国人男性が「日本語で『嫌』は『YES』という意味なのか？」という解釈をしたという例もある。 注意してほしいのは、意味通り「嫌と言いながら好んで受け入れたい」というシチュエーションは存在しないわけではないが、それはごく一部の特殊な性癖をもった女性と、彼女が真に心を許したたった一人の特別な関係の男性との間以外で起こることはまずなく、ほとんどはそういうわけではないということ。逆に「本当は嫌と言いたいが、関係を壊したくないため渋々OKと言わざるを得ない、或いは言えない」というパターンもある。

因みに、184(いやよ)を6回足すと1104(いいわよ)になるが、無論ただの偶然である。
